Mainstreet is available for private and corporate events, weddings, or any special gathering.
Based out of Manhattan, Kansas, Mainstreet has been entertaining the Midwest for over 20 years. We are a high energy variety dance band playing R&B, rock, blues, jazz, and disco. The band Mainstreet features tight vocals and powerful horns. Professional and entertaining, Mainstreet makes sure everyone is having a good time. If you need background music during dinner or a reception, Mainstreet can play a mix of smooth and classic jazz, along with light rock. But once you are ready to get the party started, we will engage the crowd and get them on the dance floor. Mainstreet also plays concerts and festivals.
We provide all our own sound and light systems and can also help with pre-recorded music between sets and emcee the event as needed. Need help organizing traditional wedding dance festivities such as the bouquet toss or garter toss, we can do that too. We'll set up early and be ready to go before guests arrive, and we'll be dressed in appropriate attire for the event.
